Shipping and Returns

Packaging

Both the Play Kitchen and Space Igloo are sent in sealed cardboard boxes from Melbourne, Australia. The cardboard packaging is also recyclable. 

Shipping across Australia

We currently ship nationally across Australia using Sendle who offset the carbon required to distribute our products. 

Like yours, we are a busy family but will try and organise shipment as soon as possible once ordered. Delivery normally takes 2-8 business days, with locations in Western Australia and Northern Territory taking slightly longer. 

We offer flat shipping fees across Australia:

Express at $15 (1 - 4 days)

Standard at $10 (2 - 8 business days)

Returns

We hope you and your kids will love this product as much as we do and unfortunately can not offer returns or give refunds if you change your mind. All products are checked carefully before shipment but in the unlikely event that the internal cardboard pieces are damaged in transit and not fully functional, please contact us through the contact page with photos and a description within 7 days of receiving the product so we can turn your negative experience into a positive one! 

Remember, our products are only made of cardboard after all so their life will be extended by indoor, gentle and supervised play.  We don't provide refunds for damage caused by accident or play, however they can easily be given a second, third and fourth life with some tape and a dash of your creativity.
